Welcome to Moveable! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By booking with us or accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

‍1. Services Provided
‍Moveable offers residential and commercial moving services, including packing, loading, transportation, and unloading. The scope of work will be outlined in your estimate or service agreement.

‍2. Estimates & Pricing
‍All estimates are based on the information provided and are subject to change if conditions differ at the time of service.

Additional charges may apply for long carries, stairs, waiting time, oversized items, or additional labor.

Final payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Deposit
‍To secure your moving reservation, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill.The deposit guarantees your scheduled date and time.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the move, your deposit will be forfeited.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
‍We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit.

Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may result in the loss of the deposit or additional fees.

5. Liability & Damages
‍We handle your items with care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly packed items by the customer, or damage caused by structural weaknesses (e.g., loose stairs, railings).

Claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the move.

6. Insurance
‍Moveable carries general liability and cargo insurance as required by Massachusetts law.

Additional insurance coverage is available upon request.

7. Prohibited Items
‍We do not transport:Hazardous materials

Perishable food

Firearms or explosives

Illegal substances

8. Customer Responsibilities
‍Be present during the move or assign a responsible party

Ensure items are packed and labeled properly (unless packing service is included)

Secure valuables and sensitive documents separately

9. Payment Terms
‍We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital payments. Full payment must be made before unloading unless otherwise agreed in writing.

‍10. Website Use
‍You agree not to misuse our website or engage in activities that interfere with its operation. All content is the property of Moveable and cannot be used without permission.

‍11. Changes to Terms
‍We may update these Terms from time to time. Please review them periodically. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
